    Full Award for Postgraduate Study in Environment-Related Discipline at the University of Aberdeen, UK (2015-2016) [*Scholarship application is now closed.]
   

The Chevening Aberdeen Scott Scholarship is open for applications for 2015-2016 on environmental-related taught Master's courses at the University of Aberdeen, Scotland, UK. It is a full award covering tuition fees, flights to and from the UK and a contribution towards living costs.

Eligibility of the Applicants:

1. Permanent residents of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and intend to return to Hong Kong for a minimum of 2 years after your Chevening Award has finished.
2. Hold a degree that is equivalent to at least an upper-second class (2:1) honours degree in the UK before applying.
3. Have completed at least two years' work experience before applying. This can include voluntary work and paid or unpaid internships.
4. Meet the Chevening English language requirement by 15 July 2015.
5. Must have applied to three different eligible UK university courses, including a one-year Master's degree course at the University of Aberdeen.
6. Must enter the course in the University of Aberdeen as his/her first choice when completing the online application form.
7. Not hold British citizenship or dual British citizenship, unless you are a citizen of a British Overseas Territory or hold BN(O) and are applying from Hong Kong.
8. Not have previously studied in the UK under a UK government-funded scholarship.
9. Not be an employee, relative of employee, or former employee (since July 2012) of Her Majesty’s Government (including British Embassies/High Commissions, the Department for International Development, the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills, UK Trade and Investment, the Ministry of Defence and the Home Office), the British Council, a partner, a sponsoring UK university, or a staff member of the Association of Commonwealth Universities.
